公司设备：
主要的设备有Charmilles 电火花机，Charmille 线切割机, 高速CNC，两台三次元测量机器。
所有的机器设备使用EROWA系统。
公司员工：
本公司现有员工67人，其中包括
--设计部，7名设计师，使用Pro-E AutoCAD进行设计。
--生产部，48名生产工人。
--注塑部，有东芝和海天大型注塑机，提供试模。
--项目部，2名项目工程师。
--质检部，2名质检人员。
--行政部，包括采购，进出口操作，人事以及财务等。

公司由生产车间，设计部，质检部，项目部和行政部组成，并且所有办公环境都配置空调。

Ningbo High Precision Molds Co., Ltd was established in 2004, and located in Ningbo of Zhejiang Province .
The company, under French management, with more than 32 years in molds manufacturing, supplies high precision injection molds for European markets, and especially for home appliances, automotive and electronic industry.

Our Equipment :
The main equipment include Charmilles EDM machines, Charmilles WIRE EDM machine, CNC milling machine centers (with high speed machine for electrode machining), and 3D measurement machines.
For a high accuracy, all of those equipments use EROWA Systems.
Our Staff :
Our company have employ more than 67 persons, including :
-Design department, with 7 engineers, able to work using 2D and 3D software.
-Tooling shop, with 48 professional mold makers.
-Injection shop, with Toshiba Electrical injection machine, for mold testing and adjusting.
-Project department with 2 engineers.
-QC department, with 2 engineers.
-Administration department.
Our Company environment :
The company take care of the well being of the employees, offered to Tooling shop, Design department, QC department, Project department, and Administration department, a working environment under air conditioner.
To protect the health of his employees, the use of safety shoes, of glasses is obligatory, when the working conditions can be dangerous (grinding operation, steel handling ….).
NHPM also supply well welfare to all the staff, including:
-social insurance, including old age, unemployment, injury, medical, maternity ….).
-allowance for meal and housing,
-holidays not only following the labor law, but, giving complementary days off, according to the seniority.
-1.5 days off every week, which will be following by 2 days off in the future.
